'Penne Arrabiata is a classic Italian Pasta Recipe which is made using fresh tomatoes and chilies. You can adjust the spiciness according to your own personal preference. Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 4 Cloves Garlic Onion 2 Tbsp Celery 1 Tsp Salt 3 Tbsp Chili Flakes 2 cup Tomato Puree 2 cup Fresh Tomato Puree 5 Basil leaves 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 2 Tbsp Olive oil 2 cloves Garlic 2 cup Arrabbiata sauce 1 cup Boiled Penne Pasta Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 Tbsp Chili Flakes Method: 1. Heat the olive oil and garlic in a large saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add onions and stir until they are soft. Then add celery, salt, chili flakes and stir. 3. Add 2 cups tomato puree and fresh tomato puree and mix it well. 4. Put 5 basil leaves and Italian seasoning on top of it and mix. Cook on low flame for 15 minutes. 5. Take 2 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan, 2 cloves of garlic, and add 2 cup Arrabiata Sauce and mix. 6. Add 1 cup boiled penne pasta in the sauce and stir well. 7. Put salt and pepper to taste and chili flakes. Cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
